Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.
- A shipping charge will be applied to orders below ₹499 and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment status.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes. Additional COD charges may apply where applicable.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If you receive a damaged package or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details for assistance.
