Refund policy

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival.
  • The product is broken or defective.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • You are not satisfied with the product and wish to return it.

To be eligible for a return, the product should be returned in its original condition wherever applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Replacement Policy

Customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Return Shipping

  • For damaged, defective, broken, or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be borne by EcoHarvestIndia.
  • For customer-initiated returns (change of mind or dissatisfaction), return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount or borne by the customer, depending on the circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Any items specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
