Return Eligibility

- Share your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
- Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Replacement Policy
Customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Return Shipping
- For damaged, defective, broken, or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be borne by EcoHarvestIndia.
- For customer-initiated returns (change of mind or dissatisfaction), return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount or borne by the customer, depending on the circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Any items specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
