Refund Processing & Timelines
We stand behind the quality of our leaf tableware. If your purchase meets our return guidelines, we ensure a swift refund transaction.
Inspection & Status
Once your returned item reaches our facility, our quality control team will inspect it to verify its unused condition. We will send you an email confirmation immediately upon receiving and evaluating the parcel.
Approved Refunds
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied back to your original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, NetBanking, UPI, or Wallet).
- Processing Speed: The transaction is processed immediately from our side, and banks typically take 5 to 7 business days to credit the amount.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds: For COD payments, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID to transfer the refund amount directly and securely.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your card issuer. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please email support@ecoharvestindia.shop.
